Our three‑phase approach
1. Pre‑qualification (before the fair)
We begin with a rigorous analysis of each company's sourcing needs. Our AI‑powered qualification engine maps demand against exhibitor profiles, identifying the most relevant suppliers. Every participant receives a tailored briefing document and a pre‑scheduled meeting agenda.
2. On‑site execution (during the fair)
Our team operates a dedicated VECTARYS™ lounge within the fair, providing translation, negotiation support, and real‑time supplier verification. Companies are accompanied to every meeting, ensuring conversations stay focused and productive. We also organise exclusive factory visits for high‑priority sourcing requests.
3. Post‑fair conversion (after the fair)
This is where most trade missions fail — and where VECTARYS™ excels. Within 72 hours of the fair's conclusion, we deliver a complete debrief package: meeting summaries, supplier scorecards, sample follow‑up templates, and a prioritised action plan. Our team remains engaged for 90 days to support contract negotiation and logistics coordination.
What to expect in 2026
For this first edition under the VECTARYS™ banner, we are deploying a dedicated team of five trade specialists and two interpreters. Our target delegation size is 15 to 20 pre‑qualified companies from Africa and Europe, covering the following sectors:

How to participate
Participation is by application only. Each company undergoes a qualification review to ensure alignment with the fair's exhibitor profile and the delegation's collective objectives. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with early applicants receiving priority scheduling for supplier meetings.
